Atlas Oxford is a Fire Resistant (FR) cotton Repp with a traditional herringbone pattern. It was once an economical fabric suitable for rear setting curtains on small stages and ubiquitous in school cafatoriums. It has modest light blocking properties and is moderately durable. Moisture will remove the FR treatment so it cannot be cleaned. Today, there is practically no standard use for this fabric as IFR alternates like Prism and Prospect and significantly better and lower cost.
